The article was written on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Friedrich Nietzsche's death. The publication consists of two parts: 1) The liveliness of Nietzsche (Dilo, 1930, September 6, p. 2); 2) The connections between Nietzsche's life and the ideas (Dilo, 1930, September 7, pp. 4-5).
In the first part, the author emphasizes the ambiguity of Nietzsche's figure as a non-systematic philosopher. Rudnytsky notes that in Nietzsche's philosophy he is fascinated by the criticism of philosophical systems that try to describe the world in concepts and his individualism. Author claims that Nietzsche was a thinker who demonstrated the importance of the philosopher's personal experiences for the creation of his own system.
In the second part, the author draws connections between biographical data from Nietzsche's life and the images and symbols found in the philosopher's texts. He emphasizes the significance of Nietzsche's relationship with women, namely Cosima Wagner and Lou Salomé, who, according to the author, became symbols in Nietzsche's work. Rudnytsky also addresses the images of Judas, Dionysus, and Christ in Nietzsche's work.
