The author describes the main elements of the nationalist worldview. In his opinion, a holder of such a worldview has a number of value orientations on which to base his or her attitude to reality and to act directly. The definition of these guidelines is fundamental for a clear definition of the concept of nationalism. This paper is the result of an analysis of literature and documents related to the nationalist movement. Chronologically, this consideration is limited to the end of the Second World War.
