Pure jurisprudence. The problem of justice (Trans. from German by Oleksandr Mokrovolskyi): Kyiv, Yunivers, 2004, 496 p.
Synopsis
The aim of the book is to ensure the autonomy, ‘purity’, of jurisprudence. Pure jurisprudence should not take any political position, because its essence is to be purified ‘from all political ideology and the influences of the natural sciences’. Among other things, the author contrasts pure jurisprudence with natural law, because natural law is based on metaphysics.
