Synopsis

This brochure is devoted to an analysis of the relationship between capitalist expansion and colonial policy. The author substantiates the thesis that colonization is not an accidental political phenomenon, but a закономірний consequence of the development of late-capitalist economy. In particular, the concentration of capital and the intensification of industrial production necessitate the search for new markets and sources of raw materials. In this context, colonies emerge as a structurally necessary element of a system aimed at increasing profits while simultaneously alleviating internal political tensions associated with class inequality.

The central argument of the brochure is that colonization constitutes a specific phase in the development of the capitalist system, one that deepens global inequality and intensifies interstate rivalry. The author also emphasizes the need to overcome colonial policy, citing examples of anti-colonial struggles of various peoples.
