This review is devoted to the first Ukrainian translation of Alain Badiou's work «Le Concept de modèle», translated by Andrii Riepa and published by «Nika-Centr» in 2009. In the review, the author briefly describes the content of the work and the additional materials included in the publication, and also points out similarities between the theories of Alain Badiou and Louis Althusser.
